  • This Safari begins from Livingstone the home of the mighty Victoria Falls where we will get to explore the falls from the Zambian and Zimbabwean sides.

    We will then have opportunities to view animals in some of Africa's best National parks. These being the Mosi oa Tunya National park which is famous for being the home of white rhinos, The Chobe National Park which has the largest elephant population in the world, the Kafue National Park which is the largest park in Zambia and has over 26 different antelope species, we will then end the tour in the South Luangwa National Park which has a high population of animals and is the first self sustainable park in the world.

    Itinerary

    Day 1

    -This is the day of arrival, at Harry Mwanga Nkumbula International Airport in Livingstone, you will
    meet our friendly guide who will proceed to take you to the lodge.


    -Once at the lodge you will check into your room
     

    -In the late afternoon you will be picked up for a Sunset cruise on the Zambezi
    River. The sunset cruise is two (2) hours long, while on the cruise you will have an
    open bar, snacks and a light barbeque. On the cruise you will
    be able to see different animals such as Hippos, Crocodiles, elephants and many
    others as well as different bird species.
     

    -After the cruise you will be dropped off at the lodge

     

    Day 2

    - After breakfast we will go to the Victoria Falls where you will have a guided tour of
    the Victoria Falls on the Zambian and Zimbabwean side. The Victoria Falls is at the border of
    Zambia and Zimbabwe, viewing it on both sides gives a complete view of its beauty. On the
    tour you will learn the history of the Victoria and the Zambezi River from its source in the
    Kaleni hills till the Indian Ocean as well as the Fauna and Flora of the place.

     

    – After lunch we will head out into the Mosi oa Tunya national park for a game drive
    and a rhino walk, the Mosi oa Tunya National park is located in Livingstone, it is home to
    different wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, hippos, antelopes, cape buffalo and many others.
    We will then have a rhino walk; this allows us to get closer to the White rhinos found in the
    park.
     

     

    Day 3

    07:00 – We leave for the Chobe Day trip, the day trip is done in the Chobe National Park that
    is situated in Botswana. It includes a 3 hour river safari on the Chobe River, a buffet lunch at
    Chobe safari lodge and a 3 hour game drive in Chobe National Park. The Chobe National is
    one of the best parks for a safari in Africa; this is because of its rich animal diversity and its
    huge population of elephants.
     

    Day 4

    The tour begins at Mukuni village, where you we look at the culture of the Toka Leya people and understand their day to day activities.
    From Mukuni Village we will proceed to the Railway and Jewish Museum in Livingstone, here we will learn of the steam locomotives that were used in the colonial times to move goods and people from one place to the other. We will also have a look at the first Jewish settlers of Livingstone.
    From the Jewish Museum we will proceed to have lunch at a local restraint that serves the Zambian cuisine.
    After lunch we will immediately head to the Livingstone Museum where we will learn the history of Livingstone and Zambia at large from the pre-colonial times to modern Zambia as we know we it.
    From the museum we will visit Maramba market in order to have an experience at the local market

     

    Day 5

    - 07:30 – We depart for the Kafue National Park, this is the second biggest national park in
    Africa, due to its size it offers a great opportunity to view wildlife on safari. The drive will
    take about 6-7 hours
     

    - On the drive to the park we will take a nature tour at Bilili hot springs
     

     

    Day 6

    -We will have a game drive in the Kafue National Park and a river safari on the Kafue River.
     

    Day 7

    -We will have a game drive in the Kafue National Park and a river safari on the Kafue River.

     

    Day 8

    - We depart for Lusaka from Kafue National Park, the drive will take about 4-5 hours

    - Once in Lusaka we will have a historical tour of Lusaka, we will visit the different historic sites of Lusaka and have a look at the current day to day life

     

    Day 9

    -We depart Lusaka heading to the South Luangwa National Park, the drive will take about 7-8 hours

     

    Day 10

    We will have a day game drive and a night game drive

     

    Day 11

    We will have game drives and a walking safari

     

    Day 12

    This is the day of departure, you will depart from Mfuwe International airport
